About Sean Keithly

I am proud to bring over 20 years experience in community and economic development, planning, and business development in the public, private, and non-profit sectors to my current position at the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council (COIC). I am passionate about building great communities through inspired and intentional community and economic development. I bring a collaborative approach to leadership and thoughtful engagement of our community with the goal of creating and sustaining economic opportunity for all. From helping existing businesses grow and thrive to supporting entrepreneurship and attracting new community investments to our region, my focus is to ensure that Central Oregon continues to develop in a vibrant, sustainable, and authentic way.

As the regional economic development district for Central Oregon, we serve our partners through our Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) and an array of services focused on aiding community and regional readiness for economic development.
