I am currently a Senior Engineering Manager at AMD. I have close to 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with well-rounded expertise in verification, emulation, design for test, and post-silicon validation. I have an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Master\'s degree in Electronics from Mangalore University.I have led verification and validation teams working on the next generation Ethernet accelerators, managing end-to-end validation of features such as LAN, encryption engine, virtualization, security, power, performance, design for debug, and more. I have successfully led many tape outs and validation for the project involving 25 people onsite during the peak of the pandemic. I also oversee the IP delivery of PCIe-based subsystems going into client/server SOC product lines, working with multiple stakeholders across geographies. I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance. I enjoy building, leading, and managing teams that work on challenging and complex projects, driving efficiency, automation, and collaboration.
