I recently earned my Master of Public Health with a concentration in Population Health Management from the University of Florida (UF), where I also completed my Bachelor of Public Health. Throughout my academic career, I have cultivated a strong interest in healthcare and research, along with a passion for service and leadership.As a clinical research assistant at the Malcom Randall Veterans Affairs Medical Center, I supported studies through patient-centered research and data analysis, gaining valuable clinical exposure. In my most recent role as a graduate assistant in the Department of Health Services Research, Management and Policy, I contributed to projects on equity within biomedical research teams and social needs screening integration into clinical workflows, both deepening my understanding of organizational dynamics. Through my volunteer leadership with Circle K International and the UF One Health Center of Excellence, I have built a strong foundation in service and interdisciplinary collaboration.I am interested in continuing to transition my experience into public health opportunities by way of full-time opportunities or fellowships.
