I am a Software Engineer at heart! Around 3 years 8 months of IT experience in Service-Now Development, Administration and Support entirely in Designing, customization, enhancing, work-flow configuration, and supporting Service-Now suite of products such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request management systems-Experience in implementation of Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Security Access Controls, Ajax, Jelly and hands on various client and server side scripting API’s in Service-Now-Extensive hands on experience in Service Catalog Management across all catalog types like Record Producer, Catalog Items, Order Guides, Content Items also including areas like Entitlement Scripts, Variable Sets, Catalog UI Policies, and Catalog Client Scripts-Experience in configuring Import Sets, SLA/OLA, LDAP and Transform maps-Experience in Configuring User Accounts, Groups, Roles and importing users from LDAP and etc.I thrive on working in multiple roles at the same time and interacting with my colleagues, the client, and everyone in between to get the job done. I have honed my multitasking abilities, grown as a developer, administrator and learned how to both take direction and delegate tasks in a fast-paced environment. I thoroughly enjoy working as a member of a team, providing my skill set to achieve an overall goal. I have the opportunity to do this on a daily basis at the job by working efficiently with my colleagues to deliver the best possible results, earning the various appreciation emails from Client and Process Owners. I love being the source that my colleagues come to when they need to bridge the gap between our internal teams or whether they need me to complete a task that is vital to their position.
