I joined the team at NV5, the new brand of Bock & Clark in 2017. We are the leading national coordinator of ALTA Surveys. Since 1973 we have provided the commercial real estate industry with a high quality, standardized survey product. Beyond survey coordination we offer our clients due diligence efficiency by providing national zoning services through our Zoning division and national environmental services (including Phase I’s and Property Condition Assessments) provided by Environmental group. We handle single or multi-site transactions for any type of property in the U.S, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Our client base includes the major law firms, title companies, REITs, corporations and leading financial institutions.NV5 also known for its educational presentations and seminars on the topic of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys and has been a featured speaker at law firms, bar associations, corporations and universities throughout the country.
