Context : With the creation of Stellantis in 2021, a strategic initiative was launched to converge tools for FIAT and Peugeot operators into a unified platform: DOCG (Device Management Console Global). As a Product Manager, I played a key role in developing this innovative tool, designed to monitor critical use cases for Stellantis\' next-generation vehicles, including Jeep and Alfa Romeo (and more brands in the future).Key Contributions- Spearheaded the integration of major functionalities, including - Vehicle Registration: Streamlining the onboarding process for connected vehicles- Over-The-Air (OTA) Component Registration: Enabling real-time updates and connectivity management- Firmware Over-The-Air (FOTA) Campaigns : Managing the deployment of firmware updates to ECUs (Electronic Control Units) across vehicle fleets- ECU (Electronic Control Unit) Service Activation : Facilitating the activation of critical vehicle services to enhance customer experiences- Built and structured a 40-person cross-functional team (POs, QA engineers, developers, and architects), later streamlined to 30 members to optimize operations while maintaining productivity and delivery rates- Transformed the feature delivery process, reducing time-to-market and achieving zero spillovers per sprint by ensuring all committed story points were delivered on time- Shifted the team’s focus from technical capabilities to addressing user needs, driving higher adoption and satisfaction rates- Anticipated and tackled risks early, resolving blockers proactively to ensure smooth collaboration across teams- Successfully navigated sudden budget cuts without compromising productivity or delivery timelines- Fostered a culture of autonomy and ownership, empowering teams to make informed decisions and independently resolve blockers- Leveraged product analytics to make data-driven decisions.
