As a Project Manager at O’Danny Boy Builders, my role is to guide homeowners through the restoration process after a storm, ensuring their home is fully restored to pre-storm conditions. I act as the homeowner’s advocate, working directly with insurance companies to secure fair and accurate settlements.This process begins with a thorough assessment of the damage, where I document evidence, gather necessary reports, and ensure all storm-related impacts are accounted for in the claim. Once the claim is filed, I negotiate with the insurance adjusters to maximize coverage for the homeowner, ensuring all necessary repairs are approved.Once the claim is settled, I coordinate the restoration process, managing timelines, materials, and contractors to ensure the work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Throughout the entire process, I am available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide clear communication, making what can be a stressful situation as smooth and seamless as possible for the homeowner.
