With over 11 years of professional experience in Environment, Safety, and Health management, I am dedicated to creating safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplaces across power plant, refineries, steel plant, building construction, as well as Metro construction and Six lane elevated expressway infrastructure sectors.Currently working as an ESH Expert at HSRC Infra Services Limited—a wholly owned subsidiary of Rail Vikas Nigam Limited under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India—I actively contribute to the development and implementation of India’s high-speed railway projects.My core competencies span the entire spectrum of HSE management, including developing and enforcing comprehensive safety policies and procedures, conducting systematic safety audits and inspections, and designing extensive training programs on hazard recognition, prevention, and emergency response. I have a proven record of promoting workplace safety, ensuring environmental compliance, and driving continuous process improvement through effective root cause analysis.I hold a Master’s (Honours) in HSE Management and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, complemented by an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (ADIS) from WBSCT & VE & SD. My academic foundation is further strengthened by postgraduate and diploma-level certifications in Environment Management, Environmental Safety, and International Law & Governance.My professional learning includes certifications from globally recognized institutes such as IIT Roorkee (Chemical Process Safety), IIT Kharagpur (Industrial Safety Engineering), NEBOSH (IGC), ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor, OSHA (30-Hour), IOSH Managing Safely, and specialized courses from WHO, ITC-ILO, ISRO, SCGJ, RRU, UNICEF, and IRCS, among others. These credentials equip me with cross-sectoral insight and a proactive approach to safety leadership, risk assessment, and sustainable management practices.Honored to have received an Honorary Doctorate in Environmental Health and Safety from the Honorary Doctorate Award Council at a seminar hosted by the Human Rights Commission United Nations, I am committed to strategic leadership in HSE, embedding safety and sustainability into organizational culture.I thrive on collaboration with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to foster a workplace where safety is a shared responsibility, not just a compliance requirement.
