The Data Platform team helps Directv business access data. In this role, I am responsible to help establish, develop, monitor & maintain all supported platforms both in Azure & AWS. Apart from this, my responsibilities include migration of existing legacy platforms to Cloud- Work closely with Business Owner, Cross-Application teams, Product Managers /Owners and assigned project managers to plan and develop Product roadmap, understand features to be developed for the Program Increment(PI), Capacity Planning, Budget, and timing- Co-chair the PMC(Product Management Council) meetings to current PI updates & future PI items with Product Managers- Determine milestones & release dates after discussing with Application teams and make sure we have UAT resources lined up for end-to-end testing purposes- Make sure features are not ambiguous and they capture the requirements, accept criteria & outcome clearly- Ensure the teams are following ATDD approach & also make sure there is no big gap between Time to Build (TTB) & Time to Value (TTV).
