I lead the Cosmetics in House technical design team, with a focus on Consumer Products Division Mascaras and Lip Products. Our Team focuses on component execution from conception to product availability date (PAD). We design, test, and deliver custom molded and decorated components for Big Bet (>1M unit qty) Launches of the two highest complexity categories across multiple pillar brands.Success stories include: Colossal Bubble Mascara Lead Engineer. Custom Packaging Mold Design Team Lead for viral Maybelline Mascara TikTok sensation Colossal Bubble Mascara. World-wide launch global success story with 4th highest global mascara sales. Innovative mix and seal technology introduced with this mascara. Simplicity Team Lead: I serve as the packaging cosmetics representative and leader for the Simplicity Team. This role is focused on empathy and team dynamics, ultimately with the goal of creating thriving teams and a team focused work environment based on open and honest feedback. We turn open and honest conversations into tangible and executable actions for improvement. More than 100 successful product launches completed in multiple operations team roles. Shipper New Vendor Transfer Project: Project leader for transfer of all shipping cases to a new vendor for NLR factory. This project impacted 99.9% of fg produced at NLR factory. Project timeline reduced by 3 months and completed without financial impact. Project increased sustainability and decreased process lead time. Strong leader who consistently takes the most challenging projects, builds exceptional teams, and drives significant results. Senior Cell Supervisor results include a 10%+ increase in overall equipment performance, an 8% reduction in quality loss impacts and a 16M savings agile production line installation. Managed production department consisting of seven mascara packaging lines, the material distribution unit and the pump assembly unit. Led this 65-person department to produce more than 50 million finished goods in my first year and increase 8% in equipment efficiency. Established a focus on safety and quality first within the team, leading to more than a 10% reduction in occurrences in both categories.Project Leader and 1st Place Prize Winner for Beauty Shaker Awards. Over 500 projects submitted, only 45 semifinalists were chosen, and 15 finalists. Our team won first prize in the excellence category.
