I am passionate about leveraging research to help diagnose the health of teams and employees, inform the build of high-performance people systems, and empower leaders to shape the future of work. Using a variety of methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and co-design workshops across the employee lifecycle, I help leaders assess, monitor, and track progress on key factors.
