Started workout out at a CrossFit gym and loved it so much that I decided to get certified as a coach. I\'m now an L2 (Level 2) CrossFit coach and teach four classes a week at my local gym. I enjoy helping others set and reach goals, work around physical and mental limitations, and being part of a tight-knit community. It surprised me to see how much of my previous management experience can be applied to this type of project. I have a reputation among our members as an analytical and science-based coach regarding fitness, movement patterns, and nutrition.
