I am an experienced UI/UX designer and digital strategist with a demonstrated history of work at an in-house creative studio, creative & marketing agency, and software start-up. I have hands-on experience throughout the lifecycle of both web and app design, including discovery, ideation, UX/UI design, development, and launch. I am passionate about creating user-driven designs based on research and data.

   I am a strategic designer responsible for visioning the north star omni-channel experience for ultra high net worth investors and advisors, as well as a tactical UX designer for new initiatives. I work on a team inclusive of researchers, strategists, content strategists, writers, analysts, and product/journey owners. We learn from clients and advisors how we can improve their experience, then ideate and design solutions to best fit their needs. In addition, I collaborate with other designers and strategists across the company to build upon our design system and standards, learn from each other, and gather/provide feedback to continually improve our designs.Achievements: Certified LUMA design thinking workshop facilitator; partnered with tech and business stakeholders to iterate on prototypes of a private equity modeling tool for advisors; worked alongside a product owner and dev team to build and launch our MVP; designed and co-facilitated a LUMA workshop to solve for pain points and opportunities; collaborated on LEAN business cases based on research to get approval from leadership on our roadmap for the following year.
