Previously, I was a founding engineer and long-tenured VP of Engineering at FullStory, helping grow the company from a pre-revenue startup into a profitable multi-product platform through multiple funding rounds. Having experienced nearly every phase of company growth firsthand, I’m particularly effective at recognizing what a company needs next — whether that’s speed, stability, or strategic recalibration — and aligning technology, people, and process accordingly.I’m most effective in roles where technical leadership is inseparable from business outcomes: making deliberate tradeoffs, staying close enough to the code to set a high bar, and using technology as a durable lever for scale and impact.
