I provide public company governance, disclosure, and securities advice to the SLB executive leadership team and various HQ functions, including the financial reporting, investor relations, sustainability, corporate communications, treasury, M&A, and executive compensation teams, as well as the SLB Board of Directors. I prepare the SLB annual proxy statement, 8-Ks, registration statements, and annual meeting materials, and I provide legal support for SLB’s annual and quarterly reports. I am responsible for SLB’s compliance with public company reporting and NYSE listing requirements. I lead the legal work for SLB’s Western Hemisphere capital markets transactions. I prepare resolutions, minutes, slide materials, and governance policies for the SLB Board of Directors and its committees. I develop and lead new executive and related trainings (e.g. Reg FD, insider trading). I also support SLB’s global M&A projects, including public company and private M&A, as well as antitrust matters.
