   At WinWinLabs, my role as a volunteer Business Analyst brought me into the innovative world of gamified fundraising. I embarked on a journey to bridge the gap between our ambitious goals and the technical realities of digital platforms. My first task was to analyze our business needs in-depth. Collaborating closely with project managers and design teams, I identified critical areas for enhancement and spearheaded the development of process models in Figma. These models illustrated our current operations and proposed improvements, making complex workflows understandable and actionable for our web development team.As part of our mission to engage users more deeply, I conducted pilot tests to gauge the effectiveness of our platform, ensuring that potential donors could easily understand and be drawn to our unique approach to fundraising. Alongside these efforts, I delved into competitor research, analyzing their successes and pitfalls. This helped us avoid similar obstacles and refine our strategies, ensuring that WinWinLabs stood out in a crowded marketplace. My time at WinWinLabs was not only about executing tasks but also about driving change and innovation in how non-profits engage with their donors.
