Manage cooperative education program in the College of Engineering at Northeastern University Vancouver through industrial partnership development, co-op curriculum teaching, and individual student advising- Job development & Employer outreach: In the year 2023 alone, I have created 401 co-op job openings through outreach to 131 employers over 297 employer engagements- Representation & Impact: Represent the College of Engineering and its co-op model externally to industry partners, professional associations, and internally across graduate programs on Vancouver campus. Liaise with Boston HQ and global network campuses, providing insights and consultation for the program development. Coordinate sponsorship and signature partnership activities for branding and community impact- Graduate teaching: ENCP Career Management for Engineers for two Master\'s programs (MSc. in Information Systems, MSc. in Data Analytics Engineering). Revised US-based curriculum to suit the Canadian labour market and incorporated a) International student support through a strengths and capacity building approach, b) AI ethics and data justice discussions in engineering education- Student Advising: Provide hands-on full-range advising services supporting ~80 graduate students directly (indirectly ~1200 engineering students across US & Canada campuses) through 1-1 appointments, group advising, weekly newsletter, workshops & special events, coaching students from co-op job search, professional networking to workplace learning and career management- Events & keynotes to bridge industrial updates & engineering education for ~600 Vancouver campus students. As of March 2024, my sessions included the following topics: Finance & Quant Investment, AWS & tech layoffs, Analytics in Sustainability, Healthcare Digital Transformation, Data Science in Transportation Planning, and Biotech development.*If you are interested in working with our students / campus, please DM me.

Driven by the intersection of humanity, socio-landscape, and technology, I currently work as a Co-operative Education Faculty in engineering. I build mutually enriching industry-university partnerships, creating opportunities for work-integrated learning and research development. A lifelong learner.
