Recruitment:Offer general administrative support to the global talent acquisition team, contributing to various recruitment tasks.Coordinate and verify background and reference checks, ensuring accuracy and completeness when necessary.Support the planning and preparation for career fairs and networking events to enhance talent acquisition efforts.Assist the Talent Acquisition team in scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to collect and process job requisitions for open positions.Post job openings across various platforms, promote roles to attract top candidates, and assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.Administrative:Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department.Manage and maintain the department’s calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.Assist in organizing and coordinating internal departmental events, including retreats, training sessions, and workshops, ensuring smooth logistics.Process HR-related invoices for payment through the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Respond promptly to HR inquiries and related requests via the organizational info mailbox.Database Management:Monitor and maintain Jhpiego’s Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), ensuring it’s up to date with the latest candidate information.Ensure the Applicant Tracking System is continuously updated with accurate and current details of prospective candidates.
