   As the Admissions Coordinator for the Millennium Fellowship, I manage and oversee the global admissions process for the Class of 2026, supporting the selection of undergraduate changemakers from diverse backgrounds worldwide. This role involves coordinating large-scale application operations, leading global review teams, and strengthening institutional partnerships to ensure a fair, inclusive, and high-impact selection process.Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development, refinement, and execution of the Millennium Fellowship admissions process, ensuring alignment with program goals and equitable evaluation standards. • Collaborate with MCN leadership to design and improve application evaluation frameworks, reviewer rubrics, and selection metrics. • Manage admissions logistics including application tracking, document collection, interview scheduling, and communication of decisions. • Recruit, train, and coordinate a global admissions committee of 100+ alumni reviewers, ensuring review quality, consistency, and ethical compliance. • Oversee application review workflows and monitor reviewer performance to maintain fairness, transparency, and deadline adherence. • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, student leaders, and partner organizations to expand outreach and diversify applicant pipelines. • Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media engagement and campaign coordination. • Contribute to program implementation by assisting with curriculum editing, training Campus Directors, and developing engagement programming. • Provide cross-functional operational and administrative support for special initiatives and organizational needs.
