Being a part of a boarding school helped me learn a lot. It improvised and sharpened my skills and taught me proper management. Heading the school’s editorial team for a year was not an easy job, taking into consideration the amout of studies and assignments we were given but it surely was worth taking the efforts at the end. House captaincy and managing a group of early teenagers is tough, especially knowing that we have to take all of them together, as a team. It gave me immense joy when someone from our team won, the feeling of oneness and belongingness. So my overall experience was totally worth the risks and efforts.
