CICS Analytics Corporation develops single-particle analysis technology enabling unprecedented characterization of RNA nanoparticle therapeutics. Our single-molecule confocal spectroscopy platform provides pharmaceutical manufacturers with critical insights into RNA payload distribution, empty particle content, and sample heterogeneity that remain elusive to conventional methods. By transforming quality control capabilities for the rapidly expanding RNA therapeutic and cell and gene therapy market, we aim to accelerate development timelines, improve manufacturing consistency, and enhance regulatory compliance. Founded by pioneers in optical detection and nanoparticle analysis from Johns Hopkins University. A member of the National Institute for Innovation in Manufacturing Biopharmaceuticals (NIIMBL). Currently, we are advancing our platform toward full manufacturing implementation while developing expanded capabilities for diverse therapeutic modalities.
