Contributed as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver the architectural scope across 7+ aviation, rail and infrastructure projects, including passenger terminals, ATC blocks and depot facilities for domestic and international airports in India and Central Asia, supporting tender, schematic and detailed design packages.Developed BIM models and quantity extracts for 20+ ancillary airport buildings and supported Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation across 7 projects, improving the accuracy of design-stage cost estimates and enabling better value-engineering decisions.Worked on value engineering for the Tashkent New Gateway Hub International Airport – Passenger Terminal Building, contributing to a sqm Built-Up Area (BUA) reduction through 72 m pier length optimization, connector footprint refinement and headhouse–pier interface coordination within a compressed optimization window, while developing circulation plans, sections and supporting plan types to validate passenger flows and functional efficiency.Independently prepared BOQs and optimisation options for DIAL Cargo City, helping achieve cost reductions of up to ~70% for select packages while maintaining performance, functionality and code compliance.Worked extensively on Bhogapuram ATC blocks and NEOM High-Speed Rail Freight Depot (pre-bid and post-tender addendum stages), executed egress, fire and sanitary compliance checks (NBC, NFPA, Saudi Building Code), and contributed to DBRs, DMPs, RFP/RFI responses, master plans and 3D models, strengthening design-stage compliance, document control and RIBA-aligned workflows.
