I am an Assistant Professor – Soft Skills, educator, and independent consultant with a multidisciplinary academic background and diverse industry experience. Born and raised in Tiruchirappalli (Trichy), Tamil Nadu, a heritage city shaped by the River Cauvery, my early life nurtured a deep respect for culture, history, and sustainable living.My academic journey began with Commerce with Computer Science, followed by a specialized university program at Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli (2008–2013). My studies encompassed Historical Research, Archival Studies, Epigraphy, Archaeology, Library Science, Environmental Awareness, Political Science, Modern Government, International Relations, Management Science, and Public Administration. I was an active member of the South Indian History Congress and the Tamil Nadu History Congress, and I am proud to be recognized as a valuable alumnus of Bharathidasan University.In 2014, I began my professional career as an Education Counselor and Overseas Education Consultant, gaining expertise in office administration, marketing, business development, event management, soft skills, and life skills training. I worked closely with students to guide them toward global education opportunities, coordinated Overseas Education Fairs (2014–2017), and actively participated in Toastmasters International.In 2017, I pursued Global Business Management in Rennes, France, gaining international exposure to cross-cultural collaboration, global business practices, and entrepreneurship. I hosted international cultural events and managed a part-time student food service venture, strengthening my entrepreneurial mindset.From 2019, I have worked as an Independent Consultant, supporting startups and educational institutions with a focus on soft skills and employability development. Between 2020 and 2023, I gained corporate experience as a Procurement Manager & HR, IT Project Coordinator, Senior HR Recruiter, and Freelance Soft Skills Trainer.Since December 2023, I have been serving as an Assistant Professor – Soft Skills, focusing on emotional intelligence, character building, mindfulness, and holistic human development, shaping students into capable professionals and compassionate human beings.My interests include building a good family and humans for the society, Art of being grateful, sustainable living, permaculture and agro forest farming, mindful (ZEN) living, knowledge management, personality development, culinary arts, origami, literature, film, books and heritage preservation.
