Manage end to end integration and testing of 5G NSA RAN and mMIMO • Integrate, Deploy, and obtain customer Acceptance for Unified Communication Solution in NFV architecture over OpenStack platform for Tier 1 Customer in the United States. Prepare network and rollout plan for transition to microservices-based UCC and IMS solution on Robin and Mavenir Kubernetes platform • Program Management, Integration, and Delivery of multiple telecom solutions end to end including network components and client, following the Software Development Life Cycle. • Design and validation of Acceptance Test Plans (ATPs) and lead the test execution; collaborate with mobile network operators to understand the feature requirements. • Oversee next-gen Telephony Application Server (TAS), including release planning, goal setting, issue resolution. • Develop system test strategies and plans, document key objectives, approach, timeline, and resources required; execute tests and report performance and progress metrics using Jira to senior management and other stakeholders. • Prepare feature interaction matrices to ensure all feature interactions are properly accounted: • Streamlined system testing activity to enable 50 new features and 70 non-features and delivered to various customers; As a result, four customers have launched LTE services. • Working closely with cross-functional teams: vendors, Project Managers, customer interfaces, and development managers to prioritize and resolve issues unearthed. • Mentoring team on various methodologies: test tools, automation frameworks, platform, application call flows • Troubleshooting network issues in the production network played DevOps role, automating deployment across multiple nodes using python and Ansible • Performance management for the team including goal setting, development planning, assessment, evaluation, and compensation review. • Integrated multiple database nodes including SQL Server, Couch Base Server, Oracle, Swift.
