I have experience in Accounts Payable end to end process for the Hypermarket Project based in United Kingdom. Addressed all types of queries to the Helpdesk process. Engage directly with vendors and customers to verify the information and resolve issues. Verifying of all compliances and processing of both PO and Non-PO vendor invoices. Investigated and resolved issues related to invoices, payments, and vendor accounts. Regular follow-ups on the pending items with the Requesters/Buyer and Business. Remittance and Deduction copy with the supporting were shared with vendor based on the request. Email Communication with supplier and buyer on disputes (Price, Quality and Promo). Involved in collecting the required information from supplier and resolving their issues. Worked on the Vendor Payment queries and do analysis on the delay payments, vendor block, Vendor debit balance, Vendor account hold, etc, and work with internal team for resolution. Performing the statement reconciliation for suppliers.
