With over 27 years of experience in developing and delivering digital products, IoT and AI solutions for the healthcare industry, I am currently the Director-Program Management for Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Services at GE Healthcare. My mission is to drive wing-to-wing fleet management solutions for PCS customers, enabling complete visibility and lifecycle management of the installed assets using Azure IoT/Edison IoT Device and Enterprise platforms. I leverage my expertise in product and program management, IoT, data and analytics, digital transformation, lean six sigma, agile methodology, customer relationship management, and virtual collaboration to lead cross-functional teams and partner with stakeholders, marketing, and end users to deliver business outcomes and customer value. Previously, I was the Director-Product Management for GE Healthcare, where I owned the product roadmap, vision, and delivery of advanced analytical solutions using AI/ML on cloud, reducing unplanned equipment downtime by up to 70% and improving productivity by 20%. I also led data scientists, engineers, architects, PMs, and cross-functional teams in building predictive analytical solutions using AI/ML on cloud for diagnostic imaging products. I am passionate about creating innovative and impactful solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare services and improve the lives of patients and providers.

   I\'m happy to share that I\'m starting a new position as Director-Program Management, Patient Care Solutions (PCS) Services at GE HealthCare!After spending a majority of my career leading complex programs in delivering business outcomes using AI/ML and CRM/ERPs for Diagnostic Imaging products, I wanted to take a new role to drive wing-to-wing Fleet Management solutions for PCS customers, which will enable complete visibility to the installed Assets and the capabilities to manage asset lifecycle through the life of the products at the customer site using Azure IoT/Edison IoT Device & Enterprise platforms.I am delighted with the warm welcome of the PCS Services, Edison IoT, and Engineering Teams.
