Bird.i is a part of Zonda and provides up-to-date, high-resolution satellite images from the world’s leading providers in one place as an easy-to-use service. Siva is the Vice President of Data Science at Bird.i|Zonda. He leads teams that focus on deriving value and insights using Machine Learning from two diverse streams of data - satellite imagery and tabular data related to the residential industry. He oversees the problem solving for our users, optimisation in production environments for cost, speed and accuracy and Machine Learning innovation at Zonda. He has experience in team recruitment and formation including establishing custom recruitment processes for Machine Learning Engineers, Engineers and Data Scientists. Siva is a veteran from the Indian Armed Forces and has extensive experience in technology change management. Siva is also an independent researcher for for.ai as well as a member of the Delivery Circle in the Scottish AI Alliance which is responsible for articulating the National AI strategy.
