My brief profile as below• Complete Electrical and instrumentation engineering / Control logic development for supercritical boilers -MHI – Successfully developed and commissioned 2X660MW supercritical boilers in projects like RRVUNL, MPPGCL, BUXAR, 3X660MW NUPPL-GHATAMPUR (L&T)• Complete Electrical and instrumentation engineering / Control logic development for HRSG for combined cycle power plant -CMI, Belgium– Successfully developed and commissioned HRGS for large capacity combined cycle power plant for customer like GMR, IOCL,Konaseema (L&T)• Conceptualisation and detailed engineering for Fast reactor fuel recycling facilty for IGCAR (TCE)• Emission control- SCR – Absorbed SCR technology with effective coordination with MHI and successful implementation of the same at ghatampur.(L&T)• Customer training in instrumentation control for supercritical boilers – Delivered training for esteemed customers like RRVUNL,MPPGCL, NTPC (L&T)• Responsible for training department and effectively organised training programmes for new joinees & trainees at Tata Consulting engineers (TCE).• Developed training modules for field instruments, boiler controls (L&T and TCE)• Qualified as business excellence auditor and contributed to business excellence audit of TCE offices, Tata group companies like Tata metallics • Complete automation of sugar factory at DCM Shriram industries in 1994-98 at very low budget and the automation was very successful.
