I’m Senior lead Business Analyst with 14+ year of experience in International Supply Chain along with expertise knowledge in International Trade banking. I help Supply Chain companies to improve process innovation to save time & cost through business analytical practice. After spending my experience of 14 years I have learned one thing. I have started my career with Banking in International Trade like Documentary collection and Letter of credit my passion pushed me to clear my CDCS in first attempt also which feed fuel to my curiosity on supply chain this pulled me to Agri-business supply chain company in which I exposed to lot of knowledge about business/trade, contracts, Invoice, documentation, Finance, Logistics, budget, procurement, etc, apart from my deliverables I was given freedom to work on many projects in transforming them to best improved level to saved money & cost. This showed me a path that Just working same process will not improve us or the company but improve the process we work will improves all. Some of my Career highlights • Migrated contract management process from Singapore within 14 days which consists of Procurement, export, Hedging, Forecast, Strategy etc. and transformed that process from Paper to paperless using tool called ECM for digital Signature. • Downloaded export documentation process offline and set up team of 12 members with trained & handled the process with team successful, Also brought improvements, mainly on converting the preparation of documents in Excel to automate the same in ERP system which saved huge benefits in saving 3+ resource cost within a year. • Received consecutive “Star of the month” award & won Individual \"Trail blazer\" award 3 times & won team award “Vanguard” 2 times for extraordinary idea generation and exceptional support. • Worked in many project with RPA team, Open Text, Operation excellence, SQL team, etc, for process transform, fixing controls, improving the activity, Software changes, Control charts, Indicators, Root cause analysis, etc, I like spending time with my family. I’m curious about Photos & I explore Nature Photography. I’m a slow reader but if a book impresses me in first few pages I keep reading till end, now I’m glued with book “Steve Jobs”.
