My responsibilities encompass supervising production personnel, monitoring output for quality and safety, resource allocation, and continuous process improvement. In addition to my role as a Production In-charge, I bring extensive experience as a UAV Pilot. Conducting pre-flight inspections, planning and executing data gathering missions, and ensuring safe and efficient drone operations are integral aspects of my skill set. My venture into the drone industry began as an Intern Co-Pilot, supporting drone operations in agriculture and ZAP applications. This role provided hands-on experience in drone piloting, maintenance, and assembly, reinforcing my commitment to excellence in this dynamic and evolving field. Before my drone-related roles, I worked as a Technical Assistant at SJS HEAVY CRANES, Andhra Ferro Alloys, and GOCL Corporation Limited. Specializing in maintenance, safety procedures, and efficiency enhancement, I brought a wealth of experience to various industries. With a strong foundation in Kaizen, JIT Production, 5S, and Lean principles, I bring a unique blend of technical skills, teamwork, and management to every role.
