As Head of Finance Shared Services/GCC at Clean Harbors, I lead the end-to-end Finance & Accounting functions—including P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP & A—alongside a broad spectrum of non-financial domains such as U.S. taxation, supply chain management,transportation and logistics, environmental compliance and legal operations. I am part of the India board of management responsible for driving strategy, growth, capital deployment and execution for the Shared Services/GCC of North America\'s leading provider of environmental and industrial services.With nearly three decades of experience, I specialize in building, scaling and transforming global shared services into centers of excellence. I’ve successfully led cross-functional teams of 850+ FTEs across multiple global locations championing a culture of performance, collaboration and innovation.Previously at Conduent (formerly Xerox/ACS), I expanded global F&A operations and led transformative process improvements that resulted in significant cost efficiencies.
