About Siva Chavadi

I am an enthusiastic and committed molecular microbiologist, with 10 years of experience in Mycobacterial cell physiology, biosynthesis and characterization of secondary metabolites and genetics. I also have strong working knowledge on heterologous co-expression and purification of proteins in E. coli. I have been involved in the development and screening of small molecule inhibitors against both gram positive and negative bacteria. Recently, I have also developed interest in regulatory affairs, clinical trials and entrepreneurship that was nurtured by the \"Fundamentals of bioscience industry\" course conducted by Stony Brook University.
