   Technical Program and Product Leadership, Amazon Applied AI Team:I lead and manage the efforts for multiple large scale initiatives, that include inference capacity governance and optimization, and unblocking agentic AI adoption across Amazon. Recently, I\'m involved in scaling our internal Agentic AI platform to build workflow orchestration, agent lifecycle management, an ecosystem of primitive marketplace, productivity tools integration (ASANA, Slack, M365, etc), and integration with AWS Services. I lead a cross functional team to solve key bottlenecks for Agentic AI adoption such as AuthN token exchange across multiple security tools, FGAC and permission delegation for agents, monitoring and audit. I also run a program to influence MCP adoption across the company. Technical Program and Product Leadership, Amazon Prime Air:Established program and product team for Amazon Prime Air drone delivery; architected and implemented integration layer connecting sub-same-day operations, software development, and product teams, reducing order fulfillment time from 12 hours to 15 minutes through systematic process redesign and infrastructure optimization. Product Innovation & Capability Expansion: Delivered cross-functional platform designs integrating Amazon Pharmacy and automated customer onboarding capabilities for Drone Delivery. Expanded platform reach and improved drone delivery margins through strategic capability partnerships and third-party ecosystem integration (Amazon Lockers, e-commerce selection) and launched drone delivery in fulfillment centers across three states (CA, TX, and AZ) establishing operational and safety infrastructure for autonomous delivery systems.
