Performed acceptance test procedures (ATP) on oil debris sensors (For helicopters, fighter jets and aero planes).• Increased the efficiency of ESS test area, by conducting kaizen event using SMED which reduced setup time by 70% and also created standard work combination tables, Job breakdown sheet to maintain the standards.• Implemented Sequence production and redesigned the way of planning. Maintained configuration control to the information system. Supports production to meet production deadlines and encourage process ownership.• Increased the first pass yield for fighter jet sensors to 95%. For that we conducted a root cause analysis by using 8D problem solving, Fishbone diagram and A3 problem solving.(Saved CAD 250K per annum)• Created BPMN/Process flow chart and created a standardized work sheet for better utilization of resources.• Assessed cycle time for every workstation in test area to identify bottlenecks and limiting WIP.• Assisted and conducted standardized audits in the areas of safety, quality, 5S, cleanliness, etc.• Hands on experience on Electrical, Thermal, Vibration, Pressure, Wiggle and Functional testing.• Performed many cross-auditing’s regarding 5S. Daily update on control charts and visual management board.
