Manage a Team of 5-7 Credit Operations Officers to ensure better productivity and quality. Supporting the Team in Credit rating evaluation and underwriting processed of MFI loan andalso post disbursal documents. Train the team of Credit & Operations Officers,provide them guidance in day -to-dayoperations of multiple locations. Regular Review of the Onboarding process wrt to Risk/Controls and Suggest improvements. Internal stakeholder management and develop processess /standard operation procedures toensure seamless obboarding. To monitor NPA trends,the incumbent will also be required to interact with the customers inthe portfolio on an ongoing basis for credit-related issues. Make regular Branch & field visits and mitigate any Operational risks. Regular and Top Management Reports
