This project involved configuring Freight Order Management, Transportation Planning, Carrier Collaboration, Charge Management, and seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA, EWM, and third-party systems.Automate Freight Planning & Optimization: Enhance route and carrier selection using SAP TM’s optimizer and planning profiles.Improve Freight Settlement Accuracy: Implement dynamic charge calculation and dispute resolution.Enable End-to-End Visibility: Integrate SAP Event Management (EM) for real-time milestone tracking.Streamline Carrier Collaboration: Facilitate tendering, booking, and communication via EDI/XML and carrier portals.Enhance Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between SAP TM, EWM, ERP, and third-party logistics providers.Support Agile Delivery: Deliver iterative solutions through Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and user feedback cycles.Key Responsibilities & Deliverables1.
