Motivated Human Resources graduate with practical experience through two HR internships and additional sales exposure. I completed a 2-month internship at KEG HR Services, where I gained knowledge in recruitment, payroll compliance, statutory compliance, and HR management processes.I further strengthened my HR expertise during my 3-month internship at HR Learners Hub, where I worked on end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition. My responsibilities included resume screening and shortlisting, Boolean searching, interview coordination, onboarding and documentation, HR operations, employee engagement activities, and maintaining employee records through HRMS. I also supported performance management processes, training and development coordination, and HR documentation and compliance.In addition, I have 3 months of sales experience, which helped me develop strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills that are valuable in recruitment and stakeholder management.I am familiar with HR tools and systems such as HRMS platforms and have working knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing, MS Excel (basic), MS Word, and PowerPoint. My key strengths include candidate coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to manage recruitment and HR administrative tasks efficiently.I am currently seeking opportunities in human resources where I can apply my skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to building a positive and productive workplace.
