Harry is a hardworking individual who is interested in hospitality, fashion, business and Fine Jewellery. He has a background in luxury hospitality and business that he has applied to luxury retailers, where he has consistently generated meaningful connections and outperformed sales targets. He is self-motivated and consistently exceeds expectations, as evidenced by his customer satisfaction feedback. Harry\'s knowledge of the hospitality industry stems from his passion for it, where he is well educated on global travel destinations and lifestyles. He has consistently demonstrated appreciation for his co-workers and work, and he always maintains a \"can do\" attitude. Working for luxury hotels and retail has allowed him to highlight his best skill set, such as building a community atmosphere in any setting, for guest experience but also employees. Harry has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, ranging from reservations and bookings to supervisory and management responsibilities. He has applied these valuable skills in all of his roles, including Reception, Luxury hotels, and retail. Harry\'s open-mindedness and courage in pursuing new career paths based on personal interests has allowed him to educate himself in skills that other young professionals may not have. He is aspiring to create a business in the near future with the use of his skills and knowledge gathered from experience whilst also creating viable connections whom he can learn and be educated by, he will venture in his time off to plan articulately his vision to become a reality. His personal passion for luxury brands and fine jewellery combined with his skill set, enabled him to transition into luxury retail, working for Louis Vuitton. He is well educated through personal study and interest, as well as in-house company training, which has allowed him to make sales based on his passion, empathy, and knowledge of products and craftsmanship, while also assisting colleagues in creating meaningful relationships with high-profile clients to make sales. He is articulate and fluent in three languages: English, Cantonese, and Welsh, as well as Mandarin, which he is learning. To ensure client satisfaction, he understands to best exceed and meet their needs. His languages, which he has learned and used, have enabled him to communicate clearly in their preferred language with a diverse range of clients and consumers.
