   Safety and Training Coordinator Trained 9 personnel in basic desk safety to enhance the organizations successful ability to meet its mission as a training platform during evolutions coordinated to impact efficiency in the Special Operations community • Processed more than 150 line items of high priority requisitions valued at over $220K resulting in zero disruptions in operations and maintained a 100% accountability of all associated equipment • Assisted in the flawless execution of 7 High Stress Environment movements, 10 Small Boat movements, and 6 Precision Anchorages to enhance the department in sustaining fully missing capable status during deployments • Trained 15 employees on mitigating hazards through proper safety management techniques resulting in the organization achieving over 120 man-hours of work without an OSHA recordable incident • Coordinates the overall tracking of assigned personnel for safety readiness training while ensuring 100% completion in which overall strengthens the readiness of the organization • Develops strategies and ensures the timely and accurate reporting of safety incidents to assist in the development and implementation of root cause analysis as well as corrective actions.
