Responsibilities Include:• Support the PQAL in developing and maintaining the PQAP in alignment with the PA, ISO 9001:2015, and Metrolinx QMS.• Develop project-specific audit checklists and assist with internal and third-party audits.• Participate in surveillance audits with SMEs and TAs.• Attend PCo audits as an independent observer to confirm compliance.• Establish and analyze KPIs to monitor quality performance and identify trends.• Collaborate with the PDT and PCo on continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the quality program.• Deliver QMS training to enhance PDT competency and process adherence.• Calculate CPQF deductions accurately in accordance with contractual requirements.• Support lessons-learned documentation with the PQAL and functional leads.• Lead strategies for timely NCR closure through root-cause analysis and effective corrective actions.
