I hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree from the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe, graduating with First Division honors.I am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at The George Washington University, Washington DC, USA specializing in Communication and Networks.With a diverse background in the ICT sector, I have held key roles, including Projects Manager at Cicosy Zimbabwe, Software Developer at Vhuka Africa and LBL Africa, and Engineering Intern at TelOne Zimbabwe. My experience has honed my skills in project management, software development, and engineering.Passionate about emerging technologies like Intelligent Networking, AI, and Blockchain, I am eager to make significant contributions to the telecommunications industry.

   Develop access network plans for LTE and FTTH deployments based on network requirements and capacity demands-Design access network architecture, including site locations, coverage areas, and interconnections-Conduct network capacity analysis and implement strategies to accommodate increasing data traffic-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of LTE and FTTH technologies into the existing network infrastructure-Perform radio frequency (RF) planning activities, such as site selection, antenna placement, and interference analysis, to optimize network performance-Utilize planning tools and software to model network elements and predict network behavior under different scenarios. Use of tools such as Atoll, ArcGIS, QGIS, Google Earth and Pathloss-Monitor network performance metrics and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with design guidelines-Support deployment teams by providing technical expertise and guidance during installation and commissioning of access network equipment-Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to LTE and FTTH networks-Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to evaluate new equipment, software, and technologies for network enhancements.
