Founder / Director of Glovalth Health Tech Care Ltd.Glovalth Group is the developing an HR based time sheet application tailored for the health care industry. unlike standard time sheets, it includes medical and non medical care activities catering to residential homes, care homes, GP clinics, Nursing homes,private Hospitals and NHS Trust support etc.Sitharth Ramu was started his journey through the job market in back ground of mechanical engineering stuffs working as a graduate engineer trainee in wheel mfg company of 4 years and then he plan to my master in university of Leicester in engineering management major In project management and system engineering concepts and did his thesis in corporate social responsibility concept it\'s under software management. the software passion and do any software related concern thoughts process was going his mind that stage even though he was from mechanical background. After completing my by the temporary concern for my personal expenses I was working as technician in caterpillar in 2 years.Interest in health care technology - He did his masters in UOL. the student time period he was work as care assistant in care companies. At that time he knows about care technology functionality and his early interest was started a care company. But once the technology passion it pushes him to do something Neu and innovative. And also he noticed difficulties of care applications functionality and deviates from different concerns. And then he come into conclusion start a technology company customised for medical industries and reduce complexity of different categories of care applications into one concern. the name is called Glovalth application. the company was incorporated in Leicester at 2023. then we plan the Glovalth application to support for health care companies in the work force management, customized activities In rota concern. This Is my simple diplomatic background.
