Supervise project staff and government counterparts from Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.• Foster relationship with stakeholders and government counterparts and coordinate the sub-contracts with partner NGOs.• Raise fund for relevant project activities within the species and community conservation and development.• Lead and provide technical guidance on the establishment and implementation of MoE Protected Area.• Lead and provide technical guidance on the establishment and implementation of Community Fisheries• Manage and support the design of community outreach and education initiatives for Koh Kong and Mekong projects• Oversee and supervise the construction of head-starting facility for turtle and crocodile• Supervise the project staff to create management plans and conservation agreements for Community Fisheries• Design and supervise the research and monitoring of reintroduction program for Royal turtle and Siamese crocodile. • Manage the construction and animal husbandry of animals at the Koh Kong Reptile Conservation Center. • Establish law enforcement program and supervise the joint government-community patrol teams within the Coastal and Mekong Fisheries Resources Management and Conservation Project.• Supervise the community-based nest protection program, livelihood program through conservation incentives and development of aquaculture, vegetable gardening, and food processing. • Manage the fisheries research along the Sre Ambel River system (fish composition, abundance, and richness). • Manage conservation grants (budget expenses) for the project (USAID, European Union, ADB, Wildlife Reserves Singapore, US Forest Service, US Fish and Wildlife Service, Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies, Rainforest Trust, etc.). • Supervise university students on their fisheries research for their master\'s thesis. • Lead the progress and technical reports for donors and government counterparts.
