Project: APSA 100 & 140 TPD (Oxygen Separation package)• Lead Package Engg, consists of WARM SKID, Rectangular Air Purification Vessel (FOIK) filled with Alumina and molecular sieve, Electric Heater-Hot water Heat Exchanger package, Cooling Water-Chilled Water Package, Air Blower, Pump, Expansion Vessel, PTHE, Refrigeration Unit, Liquid Disposal Tank, Cold Box Package etc.• Prepare Project Specification and Standard, Mechanical Data sheet, TRS, TBE and PR.• Review of Vendor Data (pre and post PO).• Visit to Vendor workshop to expedite technical closure for complete warm skid (including all packages) for fabrication & inspection.• Deputed to china for Rectangular Air Purification Vessel & cold box package training.• Vendor coordination or technical closure, interface coordination and document submission to meet the delivery schedule.• Conducted Progress Report meetings with Client.
