ABOUT SITAR SHAH

I am a highly motivated and results-driven professional with 15 years of experience in the health care industry.Throughout my career, I have consistently sought out opportunities for growth and development, constantly pushing myself to expand my knowledge and skill set. I have participated in several leadership focused activities, such as becoming a math and science tutor for first year undergraduate students as well as being an executive member of a community distress crisis aid line with active listening training. I flourish in dynamic environments, where I can apply my problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to drive impactful results.I am a firm believer in the power of collaboration and teamwork. I have actively sought out cross-functional projects and have enjoyed working with diverse teams to achieve common goals. I help to foster open communication with my people skills as I participated as an assistant business coach for the Dale Carnegie Business Project as well as have 10 years of Speech Arts experience. I thrive in giving presentations whether it be at a regional, area wide, or national level to share and collaborate on experiences and strategies.I am excited about the future of my career and am eager to take on new challenges and opportunities. I am constantly seeking ways to expand my skill set and contribute to the success of the organizations I work with.
