Here are 5 most important things about me and my work: 1. My slogan: CREAT VALUE. Innovation is my second nature and lifestyle. I am driven by constant changes and a desire to create value for myself and others - in every aspect of life. Over my career, I have had the privilege of working for companies GE and Schneider Electric, where I have gained valuable experience in program management, product management, team management, digitization transformation, and innovation management. With the team, we introduced great offers to the market such as \"AvatarOn\" and \"Wiser\". My current focus are on innovations around the home of the future with energy efficiency & sustainability. I am constantly seeking to understand new trends and technologies, and I love to dig into customer problems and find new ways to solve them. I am particularly driven by the desire to make a positive and lasting impact on the world. Whether through my ability to think creatively or my dedication to developing others, I strive to bring out the best in myself and those around me.4. When I push the boundaries, for sure I understand that there are people behind. My goal is to tap into the power of technology to drive groundbreaking innovations with deep understanding of human nature and motivation. And I do it in a way that unlocks the possibilities of the mindset and drives new ideas with well-settled motivations. I relocated from Shanghai to France with my family. I love photographing (from phone to Canon EOS, from camera to midjourney) and music (trying to sing more with my guitar). These hobbies are not just a way to relax and unwind, but also an opportunity to explore new forms of innovation in my personal life.
