I have a passion for technology and helping people, and have found a home pioneering developer support in the front-end and API spaces. I love to learn - when I\'m not buried in post-colonial and Middle Eastern studies, I spend my free-time studying to become a full-stack Engineer.    Let\'s git init!At Chromatic, I\'ve been given the opportunity to help create their Support Engineering team and couldn\'t be happier! Along with an amazing leadership team and help from the most incredibly talented Engineers I\'ve ever met, we\'ve been able to grow Support Engineering in a short period of time from a queue managed by myself to an async international team (and they kick ass, have I mentioned that?). I couldn\'t be happier that our team is able to free up 100+ hours of support work from our Engineers every week.What is my everyday like? I provide developer support for Chromatic, a toolchain made for Storybook by the team who built Storybook. Our team helps developers get unstuck, whether it\'s troubleshooting git issues, debugging code in their stories, or figuring out why a baseline is off. Since we\'re a brand-new team, we are heavily focused on building out support tooling in our spare time. Front-end development can throw a lot of challenging problems, so I am constantly getting to do deep dives or team up with one of our Engineers for debugging sessions. Our Engineers are always eager to share knowledge and help!
