Our mission is to deliver robust security solutions to support our strategic goals whilst cultivating a security culture aligned to the highest standards of trust and excellence.As part of this pillar, I:•Lead a portfolio of ~12 cybersecurity projects (e.g, DLP, Threat intel, critical asset assessment, Access Review Guidelines for strategic scopes, IAM.), through structured execution, cross-functional coordination, and integration into daily operations, while strengthening business relationships to support long-term effectiveness and continuous improvement.• Shape change management strategies across people, processes, and technology to embed cybersecurity initiatives effectively, fostering lasting adoption that aligns with the culture of the House, goals, and stakeholder needs.• Design and implement a Cybersecurity Project Quality Assurance (QA) Model to embed future-proofed, validated processes and best practices drawn from both industry standards and internal expertise. The model establishes a consistent, scalable approach to execution, governance, and continuous improvement across the Information Security and Technology ecosystem. It aims to strengthen accountability, mitigate risks, and promote a culture of quality and resilience in cybersecurity projects throughout the House, at both local and global levels.• Lead a core team of 4–5 direct reports while coordinating a broader community of 100–300 stakeholders across functions and geographies, depending on project scope.
