I am a passionate leader dedicated to helping people and organizations thrive by aligning with their true values to achieve outstanding results. My expertise spans social entrepreneurship, future of work, leadership, generation Z, sustainability, business strategy, team building, and communication. With 10+ years as a social entrepreneur, I’ve empowered 100+ young leaders through initiatives like Young Innovation Hub and Take Action, inspiring organizations to connect with younger generations. I’ve collaborated with organizations like Deloitte, UNDP, Microsoft and supported 20+ Swedish municipalities in Gen Z-focused strategies, co-creating youth-driven co-working spaces in rural areas. My colleague and I currently lead and mentor a team of 20 employees committed to empowering Järva youth to excel academically and secure meaningful employment through impactful social programs.
