   Lead behavioral health and well-being programs in an end-to-end capacity for US and global benefits. Demonstrate full ownership of programs inclusive of communication, stakeholder engagement, outcomes, analytics, improvement opportunities, employee experience, utilization, and success metrics. Partner with global stakeholders and leaders across Amazon to build trust that establishes a common goal for mental health support and enhances engagement and utilization of services. Assess performance of programs and communication mechanisms and respond to key metrics/data to pivot services or approach. Lead requests for proposal (RFP) at a regular cadence to ensure Amazon programs are best-in-class. Responsible for driving awareness of wellbeing benefits and programs, including partnering with Communication teams, leaders across Amazon organizations, and with the global Mental Health and Well-being Affinity Group (ERG). Immerse within the employee experience by walking the floor at sites across the world (\'go to gemba\') and through peer-engagement as an advisor to the Board for the Mental Health and Well-being Affinity Group. Served on a core team with 4 bias-for-action Amazonians that ultimately launched the global Mental Health and Wellbeing Affinity Group which now has more than members. Push for programmatic excellence, customer obsession, and innovation in equal parts to create, sustain, and constantly improve barrier-free pathways that support the mental health and well-being needs of Amazonians and their family members.
